An automation bot that takes meeting-scheduling requests via Telegram, processes them with AI, then automatically creates a Zoom link from a pool of available accounts - removing the manual back-and-forth of Zoom scheduling.

Teams that hold frequent Zoom meetings usually go through the same loop: open a Zoom account, create a new meeting, copy the link, send it manually to attendees over WhatsApp or email. With several Zoom accounts in rotation, it gets even more tedious.
This bot simplifies that flow: a scheduling request can be sent as a plain message (copy-pasted straight from WhatsApp or email) to Telegram, which an AI agent parses to pick out the schedule details, creates a meeting through one of the accounts in an available Zoom API pool, and replies with a ready-to-share link. It’s been tested end-to-end and runs as an automated service.
